Advertising Revenue Service (“ARS”). By using this Site,
you are agreeing to the terms and conditions outlined in this Terms
of Use Agreement (“Agreement”). Please review these terms
carefully before using this Site. If you do not agree to these terms,
do not use this Site. This Agreement constitutes the entire Agreement
between ARS and you and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements,
representations, warranties and understandings with respect to the Site.

- Use of Site. ARS authorizes you to view and download

does not control and is not responsible for any of these sites or their

to this Site, you do so entirely at your own risk.
- Miscellaneous. This Agreement shall be treated as
though it were executed and performed in Las Vegas, Nevada, and shall
be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United
States of America and the state of Nevada (without regard to conflict
of law principles). You expressly submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction
and venue of the sate courts of Clark County, Nevada and to the United
States District Court for the District of Nevada.
